Waja announced the prospectus of offering 455,000 of its shares in the parallel market, “Nomu”.
The shares that the company intends to offer constitute 13% of its capital after the offering, amounting to 35 million riyals. Last December, the Capital Market Authority approved the company’s request to register its shares and offer them in the parallel market. The offering period will be from February 12, 2023 to Sunday, February 19, 2023.
The company was established in 2013 under the name of Waja Limited Liability Company, and in 2021 the company increased its capital to 35 million riyals and turned into a joint stock company. The company’s current activity is represented in the activity of interior design, information technology, advertising and communication, in addition to re-configuring and equipping sites, then supplying furniture and furnishings, maintenance and operation.
