Waja Co. Announces Contract Sign Off with Awqaf Real Estate Management and Services Company

Waja signs a contract worth over SAR 4.7 million to carry out Rehabilitation and implementation of interior finishing works for the headquarters of Awqaf Real Estate Management and Services Company.

Waja Company has announced the signing of a new contract with Awqaf Real Estate Management and Services Company to implement renovation and interior finishing works for the company’s headquarters.

According to the statement, the contract includes the execution of internal office finishing works for the main headquarters, with a total value of SAR 4,772,105.84 (VAT inclusive). The project is scheduled to be completed within three months.

The contract is anticipated to have a positive financial impact on Waja’s revenues during the fourth quarter of 2025.
