WAJA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today with Restored Cloud, an American company, for joint collaboration on projects in the Saudi local market.

The MoU aims to facilitate the exchange of technical and technological expertise between the two companies, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence, while leveraging opportunities available in the Saudi market.

In a statement released today on Tadawul, the company clarified that the MoU is valid for one calendar year, with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement. It also stated that there are no related parties involved, and the financial impact will be determined at a later stage.
