Waja Company announces the signing of a contract with Rudof Contracting Company (Limited Liability Company).

Waja Signs Contract Worth Over SAR 12.8 Million to Execute Finishing Works at Wadi Hazam Shopping Center

Waja Company announced the signing of a new contract with Rudof Contracting Company (LLC) to carry out the interior and exterior finishing works for the Wadi Hazam Shopping Center, located in the Hazam Suburb and owned by the main developer, the National Housing Company (NHC). The project is in partnership with the sub-developer and operator, Najm Al Salam for Investment and Real Estate Development.

The contract includes full execution of architectural, electromechanical, and landscaping works for the entire site, with a total value of SAR 12,895,564.34 (inclusive of VAT). The project is expected to be completed within a 6-month period.

The contract is anticipated to have a positive financial impact on Waja’s revenues during the fourth quarter of 2025.
