Announcement from the Capital Market Authority regarding the approval of registering and offering the shares of Waja Company in the Parallel Market

The Capital Market Authority (the “Authority”) announced the issuance of the Authority Board’s decision on 12/28/2022, which includes approving the request of Waja Company (“the Company”) to register its shares and offer (455,000) shares representing (13%) of its shares in the parallel market. The offering will be limited to the categories of qualified investors stipulated in the list of terms used in the regulations and rules of the Capital Market Authority
