Waja Co. Announces to its Shareholders Regarding the Start of E-Voting on the Agenda Items of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) – Reminder Announcement

With reference to Waja Company’s announcement on the Tadawul website dated 15/07/2025 regarding the invitation to its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which is scheduled to be held—God willing—at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, 12/02/1447 AH, corresponding to 06/08/2025, at the company’s headquarters located in Riyadh – King Fahd Road – Al-Anoud Tower 2, via modern technology means using the Tadawulaty services.

The company is pleased to remind its esteemed shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services that remote electronic voting on the assembly’s agenda items will begin at 1:00 AM on Saturday, 08/02/1447 AH, corresponding to 02/08/2025, and will continue until the end of the assembly time. Please note that registration and voting through Tadawulaty services are available and free of charge for all shareholders via the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa

We would also like to inform you that there will be a live broadcast of the assembly through the link available in the Tadawulaty system.
