Waja Co. Announces the Results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting)

Waja Company announces to its shareholders the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which was held at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, 12/02/1447H, corresponding to 06/08/2025G, at the company’s headquarters located in Riyadh on King Fahd Road – Al Anoud Tower 2.

The meeting was conducted remotely via modern technology using the Tadawulaty services, and was attended by the Board of Directors and the committee chairpersons of the Assembly.

After the legal quorum necessary for the meeting was met, with an attendance rate of 61.39%, the items on the agenda were voted on, and the amendment to the Audit Committee Charter was approved.
