Waja Co. Announces announces its application to move to the main market

With reference to the announcement by Waja Company dated 17/08/1446 AH, which approved on 16/02/2025 AD the decision of the Board of Directors to approve the transfer to the main market.

the company would like to inform its esteemed shareholders that the request to transfer to the main market was submitted on 13/06/1447 AH, corresponding to 04/12/2025 AD, through the system specified by the issuing authority.

Any agreement will be announced in due course.
