Company WAJA announces its annual financial results for the year ended on 31-12-2023.

The company’s total revenues increased by SAR 35,471,449 compared to the previous year, representing a 35.77% increase, due to the increase in contracts and projects signed by the company. This led to a rise in net profit by over 25% for the year 2023 compared to the previous year 2022, from SAR 18.3 million to SAR 22.9 million.

Additionally, the earnings per share for the year 2023 were calculated based on 70,000,000 shares, compared to the earnings per share for the year 2022, which were calculated based on 3,500,000 shares, due to the splitting of the nominal value of the share from SAR 10 per share to SAR 0.50 per share, as decided by the general assembly.
